Yearly Owners Meetings

There will be Yearly Owners Meeting following each season in the NBAGM. These meetings will consist of topics that GM's and League Managers select. The meetings will be debates that will end in polls that could include rules changes. The Yearly Owners Mettings will be what kicks off our off-season, when teams can start all transactions once again. A schedule will be posted by the League Mangers every off-season.

When the Off-Season starts..

-Post upcoming Free Agents and post tags and tenders for Free Agents
-Restricted Free Agents are eligible to be bid on
-NBA Draft
-Free Agency open to ALL Owners

Trading is open as soon as the NBA Finals is over
