NBA GM's
The motion for a 12 hour non-bid resolution has passed, thus a bid that is not contested for 12 hours will award that GM the free agent.
Important: Once that 12 hour period has passed, the the winning team of that particular free agent must notify league managers that the 12 hour period has passed and that they have officially signed that free agent. With the original rule, it was very easy for league managers to determine when a 24 hour period has passed because the official post will be marked with yesterdays draft date. This is not a big deal in the sense that it's not a whole lot of work to figure out how many hours have passed between bids, but it can become and oversight by league managers when there are dozens of players that are being bid on. Thus you must keep track of your own free agent bidding war and notify league managers when you have earned that right to sign a free agent.
Good luck to everyone!
