You can scatter as many bids around as you would like, to however many players you would like. But be warned, once a valid bid is placed it cannot be withdrawn, you are responsible for that bid. If you wind up getting more players in free agency than your allotted roster space or your salary cap space will allow, you will have to make appropriate roster cuts along with appropriate cap penalties in order to get down to league rule mandates.
