Bid is ineligible as the Heat's 18-man roster is currently full.

The bid is not ineligible. Don't start all your funny business again. We can just move someone to the D League.

This isn't "funny business". Free up roster space before you make bids. An NBA team can't sign a player without having the cap space to do so and then say to the commisioner "Don't gimme your crap Stern, you know we're just gonna amnesty a guy in a couple days anyway."
Stevenson hadn't been moved to your D-League before you bid. If a LM doesn't see your Transaction Log post, we're not going to know you want to move a player like that. It's inefficient and seemingly unfair, but we'll live to fight another day. If you "win" a bid without any roster space, what are we supposed to do? Run your team for you? Make your decisions for you as to whom should be sent down? Tell me what aspect of my business is "funny" to you, I'd love to know.

This bid has been out here for 3 days, which is much longer than the required 24 hours. No one has bid so please place Deshawn Stevenson on our team. We have moved a player to the D League to accomodate this signing. My apologies for the controversial response.

Stevenson's been on your MR sheet for a while now. Didn't know he wasn't on your ESPN roster, my mistake. Fixed.
