We are going to strictly go with worst record has exclusive rights to waiver claims, the same rule that we will use to determine the rookie draft order. If two teams are tied in a waiver claim, then the team with lower PF (POINTS FOR) will win the waiver claim. You can find the PF score on the team standings page on the ESPN league page. This will benefit teams at the bottom of the standings, it's just allot easier this way.
Note: If a player is picked off waivers within the 48 hour allotted time, the current contract must be honored. Only if he goes back into free agency can a new contract be negotiated and at that point it's a free for all with the highest bidder winning that player.
