New GM of the Bucks!

I want to introduce Evan as the new GM of the Bucks, he will be taking over day to day operations of that organization. As part of the agreement to join the league the league commissioner has granted the new Bucks GM one free player drop without and penalty. This is a one time exemption, so that the new GM can start to build his franchise for the future. I would like everyone to make Evan feel at home, so if you can take a moment to introduce yourselves.
