Double proposal:

Item A: The maximum salary should be even across all positions.

Item B: The maximum salary should be increased to 20m.

Proposed items intended to be put into effect for 2013 Free Agency period and onward.

I think 20m is a fair max value. Dan brought up a good point about Lebron being had for next to nothing on a max contract at current levels. Any more than 20m and teams will struggle to remain under the cap because of the big rosters. I think 20 a year is a good number
