Hello NBA GM's
I just wanted to point out a few different factors when choosing your initial rosters off your team. This league has an 18 man roster with 10 starters. If you wish to keep just the minimum of 8 players, considering a 5 round retraction that would give you a total of 13 on your roster. Here's the problem, since we're having an offline draft with 24 hour time limits in making picks, I really don't know how long this draft will last as the start of the season approaches. With free agency being a bidding war, I don't want GM's going into the season without at least being able to field 10 starters, or be in a situation where we are in the midst of free agency and getting hit with injuries early on and not being able to get a full load of starters. I am not requiring that GM's keep more than 8, but be advised you are responsible to put a team on your court and time limits restrictions could limit the size of your roster. On the other hand, maybe the draft is done in 2 weeks and we get done with free agency 2 weeks later and this message is null and void. Just wanted to put out an advisement.
