Okay guys, I need some help here. How do we break a tie for the retraction draft. Do we use the first round of the 2012 NBA Draft as the standard where teams with the luck of the powerball get higher picks or do we use the second round of the 2012 NBA Draft which maybe is a reflection of who the league deemed more worthy of higher picks where no powerballs decide a team's fate. Simple Majority wins, poll close tomorrow evening at 10pm EST. Thanks.
